Ms. Bosak received her B.A. from Indiana University in 2004 and her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2007. She joined the firm as a law clerk in 2005, and became an associate with Cooney and Conway in 2007.
Ms. Bosak's practice areas include asbestos litigation, product liability, and premises liability. In her time with Cooney & Conway, she has helped achieve numerous settlements for her clients against national manufacturers and distributors of asbestos containing products.
Ms. Bosak is admitted before the Illinois State Bar. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Women’s Bar Association.
