Lawyers for the Creative Arts celebrated “Chicago’s Year of Creative Youth” at the 2018 benefit luncheon at the Palmer House in downtown Chicago. The program featured honoree performances by the Chicago Children’s Choir and Forward Momentum, an affordable dance education program focusing on health and fitness.

Now in its 45th year, LCA serves the community as the only pro bono legal service organization in Illinois with expertise in all areas of the arts.

Cooney & Conway partner, Kevin J. Conway, is a member of the Board of Directors, which along with hundreds of volunteer attorneys assists artists and arts organizations with a wide range of legal issues. In offering assistance with the legal concerns of arts community, LCA’s efforts enable artists to remain focused on bringing color and texture to all our lives.
