Attorney Megan Fahey Monty Elected President, Lawyers Lend-A-Hand to Youth’s Board of Directors
At Cooney & Conway, we are proud to announce that attorney Megan Fahey Monty was recently elected as President of the Lawyers Lend-a-Hand to Youth’s board of directors!
Megan’s new and exciting role reflects her longstanding commitment to supporting Chicago’s young students.
Megan’s Journey With Lawyers Lend-a-Hand
Megan began her journey with the Lawyers Lend-a-Hand program back in 2016 when she volunteered as a one-on-one tutor to first grader, Caleb. She continued in this role through 2018, providing consistent one-on-one support to help him with his studies. We were excited to learn that Caleb recently graduated from the program and is heading to high school in the fall.
This meaningful experience inspired Megan, and she has continued her involvement with the organization, serving on the Lawyers Lend-a-Hand board of directors since 2022. Her recent election as president of this board reflects her continued dedication to it’s mission to support Chicago students through educational mentorship.
